I remain at 122 to 123 lbs, and today I was 122.

I have been feeling great, but finding it difficult to sit on a bony butt, since losing all that weight (started at 182 in Oct. 2012!). Therefore, I decided not to lose any more weight. I have reached my goal and will stay in the mid to low 120's. Seems to agree with me, at least for now. I know I can always go back to losing at some future time, if needed. My face is showing my age and didn't realize that would happen, LOL. After all, next June I will be 70 years young! But my new appearance gets compliments everywhere I go and I love shopping in the Petites section! I've found some great (clean) thrift shops, too. Had to go to Victoria's Secret to find out what bra size I am now! Who knew???
I maintain by eating every 3 hrs, eating healthier, and having my main meal (the lean & green) in the middle of the day. I don't do any workouts because I am naturally active - I walk the dog, long walks, work in my garden, ruthlessly, and know no limits! I'm going to take up kayaking next. The pool is closed for winter now.

I decided I don't want to get down any further. 120 SOUNDED good, but I'm at a great weight at 124-125. Even 122 is stretching it a bit.
