I keep getting confused, getting lost, starting and then losing my way and starting again, but now I am starting (again).
This time I am going to focus on eating as naturally as possible. Not so much a "diet" as a change of lifestyle.
There are already some roadbumps. I'm not used to eating real food and dinner last night was an...experience. I thought I would throw up.
I'm eating a lot of fruit, which may or may not be bad. Not sure. But I figure it's better than McDonald's.
I did notice one interesting side effect of healthy eating. Even after just a few days of trying this...I decided today to "treat" myself by having one can of Dr Pepper and the first thing that hit my tastebuds was the overwhelming flavor of chemicals. It's like only after a couple days of eating vegetables and fruit my tongue was shocked by the artificial taste of soda. I ended up just throwing it away and saved the calories.
