its been a while since writing in my journal. so far i have been working out as much as i can and dieting, for a loss of 15 pounds and 3 inches in 2 months. im VERY proud of that considering with my disabilities and medications i take (that make you gain weight)that i have been able to lose 15 pounds. I try to work out hard every day for an hour, that consists of a fast walk on my cross country glider for 30 minutes and very fast bike riding for another 30 minutes, i do them both right in a row. after that i am pretty much done for the day and cant do alot of anything else except watch what i am eating and NO soda. Hope everyone is doing as well as i am....one day and one pound at a time is what i say and also every ounce counts!! Have a great day :)

Dieting and losing weight is going great!! on the 19th will be my 2 month weigh in, im kind of excited for that and i am really pushing the speed of my exercing....i really want to see more pounds lost than last month. last month i lost 7.6 pounds so this month i would love to see a 8 or 9 heck maybe even a 10 but im not going to get my hopes up for that one. i will do this one day and one pound at a time ... i hope everyone is doing well!!

today was really hard for me....i woke up in so much pain that i had to have my hubby help me out of bed....i suffer from chronic pain syndrome and also have a spinal implant done, so some days are good and other days are like this where it hurts just to move....i was VERY disappointed with my exercising today, i had myself worked up to 25 minutes of walking/slow jogging and then 25 minutes of riding the bike....i was only able to get to 15 minutes on each today!! and i had to really push to get to the 15 minute mark, it was hard and i was in terrible pain but i wanted to at least do something today, i didnt want to completely skip exercising.....hoping tomorrow is better
