Today is the day 3 of my fasting. I started on Saturday as I know from the past, that I am not feeling well during the first 2 fasting days. Today is Monday and I feel fully fit to work.

Fasting is radical but I have very good experiences from the past. For weight loss purpose it is, alone, not the best. But it is the ultimate DETOX-diet!! And it is very effective against cellulite!! Believe me! I have little over weight (BMI between 25 and 26) and yet I have nearly no cellulite!
Typically my net weigh loss has been 2-3 kilos during 7-10 days fast. But my stomach has shrank, I taste incredible intensive, dislike everything unhealthy and have desire for pure food.

It’s been over 3 years since my last fasting. Now I started, even before the lent, because after holiday season and 3 weeks vacation with lot of eating and even more drinking (!!) I just did not feel good. Not only the few kilos overweigh but I did not feel good. And my digestion had stopped working!
Fasting has also been the best repair for any digestion problems :)

Right now I am a little hungry – I would be lying if I’d say I would not feel hunger. But I do not feel weak – anymore, that was yesterday.
