Sho, The first person I heard of to openly admit to gastric surgery.
I personally would not do it, but I know of plenty people who would want to given the chance.
But good for you for turning over a new leaf.

Noob here
Hi nb girl!
I fast on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for religious reasons, therefore don't eat meat, incl, eggs & fish.
I've tried doing the grocery shopping on a Sunday for the first and second week. I think I went overboard also, because I spent R600 the first week, and R400 the second week. This is obviously excluding the essentials such as, olive oil, milk, eggs, etc.
I will give another try this weekend, and plan what I'm going to eat very carefully and judge from what I was actually eating the past few weeks.
Thanks for the luck! I need it..
