Week 2, down another 4lbs. I know, I know, I can't expect to lose 12lbs every week but I'm still happy with 4lbs. As long as I am steadly losing, it's all good!

I think the weekends are the worst! My Dad called and said, "Come get some pizza", which I did, but I DIDN't eat any, I gave it all to my kids. One good note, I was able to bent over and tie my shoes while sitting down, which 2 weeks ago would have had me huffin and puffin. I just wish there was some way to exercise without moving..hahaha. Just hangin in there...one day at a time!

Today is day 6. So far so good. Other than wanting to naw my arm off, I'm sticking to my plan.

Stood on the scale for the first time in ages yesterday. I knew I was getting up there but had no idea I had gained so much weight. It's very depressing.
