Lost .45 inches in my chest,.45 inches in my Biceps, .25 inches in my wrist, .25 inches in my hips, 1 inches in my thighs, .50 inches in my calves. I lost for 4 ounces in weight.

As of today I have been on food lovers for 3 weeks now. And I have lost 6 pounds. And I lost 1/2 inch in my neck, inch in my chest, 1.8 inches in my biceps, 1.75 inches in my waist, 3/4 inches in my hips, 1 1/2 inches in my thights. Food lovers does work and with a little work. I am so happy because this is just the begaining. I can do this and I will do this.
