I thought I was the only who didn't tell her mom how much I weigh. What diet are you on? I'm on a calorie controlled diet - 1250 a day and then I'm thinking of going on the Fat Flush in a month. I just started yesterday after several weeks and months of false starts.

I'm doing it this time.

Help, I'm a newbie
The Fat Flush is really good - it cleans your system and you lose weight.

I'm on a calorie controlled diet - 1250 a day - just started yesterday. In a month I am doing the Fat Flush.

Just starting my diet
I just can't wait for the new year to start. I've started my healthy eating plan early - I started yesterday. Not too worried about New Year's Eve as I've decided to stay in - I am going to spend it on some ME time and planning the year ahead.

I want to lose 30 lbs and will start working out as well - yoga, spinning, weights, walking...

I can do this. If anyone wants a diet buddy let me know
