Hi Everyone!
I joined yesterday but started The 100 a week ago. It is basically about giving up sugar, but sugar calories are counted from starch and sugars only, not from protein and vegetables. The plan is to have no more than 100 calories or 25 grams of simple carbs per day, so that there are no insulin spikes, and fat storage doesn't happen because of it. I'm using a book written by Jorge Cruise.
I'm looking forward to talking with others who have a hundred or so pounds to lose, to support them and to have support in the coming year or more.
