Protein bars
By the way I never would have made it this far without that and the sliced ham (Kirkland brand, Costco) Couple of slices are 60 calories or 4 slices for a meal, I know because I have done induction phase on Dukan at least 5 times now. Sometimes only 2 or 3 days of it, but the first time I did 12 days, and it was hard! BUT...when you can average 2 to 3 pounds a week and see and feel the results it is a goal worth a little work. If an old lady like me can do it anyone can!

Protein bars
I have a wonderful snack and or meal replacement if you like Cheesecake or key lime pie. I use vanilla or key lime flavoring, depending on the weather and my tastes at the time. For a whole meal it is 1/2 cup ff Greek yogart, 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese, 2 to 6 packets of Stevia (i use Pur Via, cheapest at Costco), it works! It is about 210 calories depending on brand and the 1/2 portion will stave off hunger for 4 hours! That is just over 100 calories, sometimes I use ff ricotta instead for a texture change.
