I have decided that if I do not get to splurge on beer at least one day per week, this diet is not going to be realistic. I love going out and grabbing beers with the hubby. It is more worth it for me to go under my caloric intake throughout the week and then make up for it on Friday. Plus after a long work week, beer is what keeps me sane. I am VERY proud of myself because while indulging with beer, I did not munch on the pizza, chips and appetizers. Not even a little. As an avid snacker, I am extremely proud of myself. WOO HOO!

The best part- after a night on the town AND after eating half of my breakfast, I still weighed in 3 pounds lighter that 2 days prior!

In other news, I found out that coconut milk (we love curry) is RIDICULOUSLY high in fat and calories. So what I thought was me being good in the past was me being worse off than getting McDonalds. I have this site to thank for making me aware of that. (The coconut milk we use has 50 grams of fat per cup!!!! Holy crap!)
