Ok. Today I decided to start over. Yesterday, while getting dressed for church, nothing fit. I tired on like 5-6 different outfits and nothing fit, oh except my maternity skirt from 4 yrs ago. My 3x shirts looked like a cut off silk tank and my new size 24 just didn’t fit. I blamed it on the cut of the clothes, but I know it’s me. My fat clothes have become too tight and today, I have on a 26/28 Lane Bryant shirt that fits loosely. I have completely lost it and I’m on the edge. So to get some weight off quickly, I’m going to try to drink, 2 gals of liquids today, eat low sodium foods, no fruits, hoping to keep my net carbs around 20g. When I go home, hopefully I can keep this up… I know this is a little suicidal, but if I keep up til Saturday, I should lose 15-20.. Not good, I know but I’m very desperate!!!
