Breakfast: 2 1/12 plain pancakes (a little drizzle of honey), 1 scrambled egg
Lunch: 1 1/2 Pizza (kinda homemade), 2 cups of steamed veegetables
Snacks: 1 cup of watermelon, 5 chips of Popped (5 cal each)
I normally don't eat like this, i follow blogilates eat clean diet and stuff, but today this is all there was to eat so i normally each clean pancakes which are 2 eggs and 1 banana no flour so its pretty clean i barely eat any flour or simple carbs, today sorry
I exercise regularly too more than 1 hour.
