Last night if it had not been for a facebook friend of mine I would not have gone to the gym. But the mini challenge I am on and the shame of not going was what motivated me to go. I never realized just adding in that other day of exercise was going to be so hard.

I am trying to switch my breakfast around. Last week I had the yogurt everyday with the 2x protein and this week I am trying oatmeal. But I had to put a tangerine cup in there to add in some sweetness.
