I have been really on a downward spiral. I talked to my husband and he too is now starting a diet. So now I will have a buddy living at home with me :) It always helps me when hes at it too!

My son has been sick and then I come down with it. Its just sinus infections but I failed terribly!!!!! The scale shows how bad I've been. All I can do is bounce back right? Well here it goes! Hope that my next log has better news

Boo hoo. Had a late dinner and chose not so well. I ate a sandwich w/ rye bread. Todays a new day :)

Went to a baseball game and did not give into the junk that lookes so good. Ate peanuts and had a blast!
