Half term this week and I have done ok, with a 2lb loss. We went swimming twice and I managed a 2 hour walk last weekend. I will be walking to school at least twice next week and hopefully cycling to work on Sat and Sun ( depending on the weather). I'm happy with 2lb, the 5:2 diet means that I still lost despite eating crisps, chocolate and cashew nuts along with McDonalds and 2 Mcflurrys on Wednesday!!

The 5:2 diet works for me, I have lost an lb and I had oreo cake, cherry pie and banana cake this weekend!!

Have not been here since last year, my weight went back up to 144 but I'm back down to 133 using the 5:2 diet. This month I am following in the footsteps of a work mate and not eating bread and biscuits, I would love to have lost this 14 lbs before summer!!
