just tried the two new flavors of the southern breeze sweet tea. the wild cherry is good but the blood oranges terrific. they're sweet with sucralose have zero calories per bottle. (16 oz) I usually take a sip out of my water bottle and double the bag and slide it in there and let it sit for about 5 minutes. it's very good. I really like the half and half which is half tea half lemonade and the peach and the Blackberry and red raspberry and the regular. got watermelon I'm scared to try it, and have strawberry comming.

getting ready for doctors visit. Hope it goes well. I pulled out my hospital discharge paperwork and found I many ongoing problems. Thyroid mass, pressure ulcer, edema, COPD exacerbation. Leukopenia, post cover, suicidal/ major depression. low red blood count, hemoglobin and hematocrit
high RDW, Glucose, and protein. About to chicken out. If it wasn't for am open wound I have no idea how I got I would.

trying to get started back with my documentation. had a little issue getting over covid. still very sluggish and slow. my sister is now on keto with me. she does all the cooking. she came home from work yesterday and said even though it's only been a week people can tell she's lost weight. even her clothes are looser. told her to get used to it she might not notice the difference in the weight on the scale but she will lose inches and her clothes will start to fall off. remember butter will make your pants fall off

just released from hospital. feeling some better. still tired and sluggish.
