No weight change in a week...this is unusual for me...didn't go up..which is good I guess...I am eatting more calories than I had before...although I am not going over what I should have...anyone have a suggestion?

Ate too many calories for me today....I actually had the protein bar in the afternoon...before dinner....I was hungry and it was the only thing around...I was out of the house...I really wanted to eat the stew that I had a couple nights before and it was good.. So the # of calories went way up....haven't done much exercise today...just not feeling in the best shape today.

Trying to plan meals a little ahead of time so I can see what my intake of carbs,sodium,sugar and fats will be....I know the calories will be okay because I shop "low calories" lol! But not always sure on the combinations to keep the rest in check. Today the meal plan is good in Proteins...which I am trying to get higher...carbs are a bit higher than I want...but the rest is okay....I had breakfast...actually put the banana and walnuts on the toast....nice texture....I like textures...lol! Got the dinner menu out...I put down 15 shrimp...but I don't think I will eat that many...but just in case. Now I can have a lunch ... but I never go heavy at lunch...maybe a salad...

Did better today on carbs and sodium..well all around...happy about that. Actually when I made the beef stew I used all low fat, low sodium ingredients...so it didn't have as many calories as shown here. Sometimes I don't find the exact foods in the food list...I always use...non-fat or low-fat....salt substitutes....splenda and such...so what I cook at home has probably 1/2 the calories and etc...as what they show here. I'm finding you can pretty much eat the same foods...but make it with ingredients that are better for you...that's what I like about my diet plan...I'm not sacraficing things I like...just learning to make them with better stuff (lol)
