I am doing horrible on keeping my sodium down. Suppose to be at 1200-1500 the last two days I have surpassed it. Will try harder... never knew there was so much sodium in everything!
I am doing Great on the calories.... way below the 1600 and I eat!
One day at a time!

I am not only trying to keep my calories down I am also trying to keep my sodium at 1200mg a day.
I start this on February 24 2014 and my waistline already feels smaller.
I have not yet weighed myself because I just get disappointed.
I lift weights arms and legs and do 100 sit-ups 3-4 times a week.
As soon as the weather warms up I will start walking 2 miles 3-4 times a week weather permitting
