I've fallen off the Atkins wagon for 3 weeks now and I know I'm gaining weight. I'm not going to weigh in until Friday. I had grapes for breakfast, so today isn't 100% Atkins, but the rest of the day will be. I made it to day 9 of Induction last time. Then I moved. It was stressful. All my stuff is still sitting in the living room of my new house. The 100 year old house needed renovations like new windows, the pine floors needed to be refinished, and it needed a new coat of paint on EVERYTHING! My boyfriend's house is a huge trigger, with his potato bread and country crock spread, and the pizza he loves to order. I probably weigh 220+ right now. I'm almost over my bladder infection, but the antibiotics are hurting my stomach. I want to stick to this way of eating because I want to do it for me. I want to be able to use less insulin for my diabetes, be thinner, feel better in the clothes that fit and fit into the ones that don't. I will be able to walk the path around the lake down the street to my house, and losing pounds of fat will make walking those 3 ,lies easier.
