I am a 52 years young and have struggled with weight my entire life. I was overweight in elementary school and lost 30 lbs. in the summer between 6th and 7th grade. Kept most of it off until kids. I gained 50 lbs with my daughter and 35 with my son. I lost most of the weight but a few pounds stayed on. Fast forward to present day, after knee surgery gained 20 lbs. Tried WW last year without success. I am a lifetime member and usually am successful with the program. I think my age ( going through menopause) is huge in holding me back. I started logging and have been almost perfect for 2 1/2 weeks. So far I am down 6.8 lbs. with 30 to go. I am determined since my cholesterol is high and there is diabetes in my family. I also do not want my other knee to go.
I would love to buddy up with someone in a similar circumstance. Always need encouragement.

What's your favorite Greek Yogurt?
Did not like the Carmel either. Chocolate raspberry is my fav for dessert. Not a fan of strawberry cheesecake or coconut. The fruit ones are great for breakfast.

Dannon 80 Greek. Eat it everyday for breakfast with either dole frozen fruit or granola. Love the choc rasp for dessert or snack!
