Will walk 3 miles today, and on Friday. Sinus problems this week. This is what I eat today:
Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal
Smoothie Shake
Lunch: ice tea
rice cakes and peanut butter
yogurt
Drinks about 4-5 glasses a water day
