I was on vacation for a week. My goal was to not gain weight -- I was successful.

stayed on diet. did my walks of 3 miles. shouldn't have gained. oh well let'S see what next week brings.

mixed emotions. weight is less than when I started. However, I was hoping for more this week. could be caused by dropping my calories by 800 or so. we will see next Saturday.

Surprised I lost so much weight this week -- I was out of town and had to eat out a few times. Behaved myself and watched the calorie intake closely
