keep on loosing
It's nice to find a free spot to share weight loss. With the economy like it is weight watcher meeting had to go but not the diet. I'm keepin on... already lost 27 lbs...
still need encouragement and new recipe ideas like that great chili con carne recipe I got in my e-mail! Thanks for the new twist on chili and a serving is only 3 points!
