Bought a scale today.. weighed twice and it gave the same reading both times. Possibly have a walking companion. Lois, my landlady's daughter, said she would like to start walking herself. She's supposed to call me later so we can set up a schedule.
I, also, bought a pedometer thingy.

Olivia spent the night with me last night so I took her to the movies. We saw "Bedtime Stories" and had popcorn and soda. We had a late lunch so basically the popcorn was my dinner. I know.. not good.

My first doc's appointment was yesterday. First, as in, since I got insurance and now can actually go to a 'real' doc and not the clinic where they don't care. Anyway, I talked to her about my desire to live... which means I have to lose this weight and live healthy. She really seems to care. She suggested surgery but I told her I wanted to try one more time on my own. She agreed and gave a me a script for adepex... a kickstart as we both called it and decided I needed it. So here's to the first day of the rest of my new life!!
