I stuck to my WW points really closely this week and got back down to
where I should be
! Now, I just need to start adding a little extra working out into my weeks and I can hopefully drop another 10 lbs by Halloween!!!

I've been verrry bad lately. I haven't been tracking my points and I've been eating everything I've been depriving myself but I'm doing my best to get back to where I need to be mentally to get back on track. So yeah..I haven't weighed in for over 40 days... :*(
But I'll continue to work on it and hopefully I can get back on track...again, for like the 10th time.

I'm getting back on track today!
Like so many times before, I got complacent and (semi) happy with my weight. About a month ago I got down to 135.4 which has
NEVER
happened before in my life and it's just been downhill since then. So, for about the 6th time, I'm starting over.
