How do I recover from this??
So I'm getting a custom shape-wear high waist garter/suspender belt and as a result I needed to measure my waist and hips, that wasn't a very smart idea.
My waist was 41 inches and my hips are 50 inches I'm too scared to convert that into centimeters. So that's a pretty huge blow to my self-esteem and I'm not really sure how to recover from that, and of course I'm sick again with a sinus infection which means that I'm not allowed to do much exercise for longer because I still have to recover from my surgery. I feel like crap now :(

I'm now only 99% of a person!
Got my gallbladder taken out, I have recovered from the effects of the pain meds(morphine and Di-gesic)I was on before I could look at a computer.
However now I'm eating like a normal vegetarian again :D
However, due to the fact that I now have three small cuts on my tummy and one bigger one in my belly button(for the instruments they used) I can't do much exercise.
No yoga, for me which is what I was really hoping to get started with. I can do steps on the Wii Fit board so I'll start with 3min each dad(gonna be hard with no bra lol) so I don't do any damage.
D@mn the human need to eat and drink XD

What the hospital weighed me as when I was emitted...I was pretty surprised, I think I should buy some scales.
