OK! so it was Strictly on last night, and you wanted to add a bit extra naughtiness to the evening, BUT, an extra 1000 calories of ice cream!!!!Be realistic, how do you expect to loose weight over indulging. MAKE UP FOR IT TODAY go without dinner, then see how you feel. Perhaps won't do that again! Why am I talking to myself in the 3rd person, am I trying to disassociate myself from bad behaviour.

Good to start my journal and food diary again. Have cut my calorie intake today as yesterday's intake was 400 calories over. Interesting I do not feel particularly hungry. Have a chest infection that is on its way out thank goodness. Looking forward to getting back to the gym next week, burn off a few calories there too, I hope. Good diet day today.
