okay, time to regroup. calories are 875-1600 usually at 1200. no sugar, no flour. meat, veggies, fruit, some dairy....peanuts. cut back on the peanuts, must walk(ordered new Walking Shoes today, Use Them).
REMAIN POSITIVE and continue to embrace my life style change, the weight loss will follow.
