Made it through day 1! The first couple of weeks are always the easiest for me, I always feel super motivated. But I get impatient after that because the weight is coming off as fast as it seemed to go on!! Going to continue to keep track of all food. Also going to get some exercise in every day! Need to stay motivated!

I need to kick start my weight loss and considering how my diet has been going this past year, counting calories seems to be the best way. I am going to limit myself to 1200 calories. Will be adding exercise at least 5 days a week, aerobics and bands/weights, switching day to day.

Ok, restarting my diet for the umpteenth time! Arg, am so frustrated! I know this is not the time of year to start dieting, but I have to start somewhere and this is it! I have been gradually gained this weight over the past eight years. It use to be so easy to take off, but since turning 50 it seems impossible. No matter what I do!
So starting now, today, I am going to commit myself to getting healthy, exercising at least 5 days a week and losing this 25 pounds once and for all!!
