26 October 2013
Friday was a long day, making this night at work difficult. I went to bed Friday morning and woke up at 2:30:pm so that I could get my lunch packed, eat a little something and get to they gym by 4:30pm for my personal trainer appointment. She was a sargent today and worked me good. I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced this. About 20 miniutes into my work out from hell, I became nauseated. I was standing there panting and I told her because I was breaking to catch my breath before the next set. She said "Really, oh. Give me 10." I left literally feeling like crap and when I got home my husband looked at me and said "Honey, your so red in the face, sit down and cool off". It took me 20 minutes to feel better and lose the nausea. Has this happen to any of you? I really thought I would not make it through it. She did say that she sees me in the gym all the time and I was doing really good. Not sure what to make of that, as this chick just tried to kill me. lol. While I was sitting resting at home I heard an alert go off on my phone and I looked at it and she was requesting me to be her Facebook friend. I had to laugh and I thought, friend my ass. The pain was still so fresh for me to consider her my friend. I am learning a lot about me and what I can accomplish. I told her I exercise with two left feet and really wish I had a more graceful, balancing look. She told me that will come.
I then showered and off to work I went. I have my bike here to ride home when I get off at 0700 am and I plan on getting a great rest before I have to get up Satruday and return here to work for my 3rd 12 hour shift.
Sorry I can not respond to each of your posts. Darn job gets in the way. But I am reading every one of them and rejoice in your successes and support you through your challanges.
Love and hugs to all,
P

I cooked chicken breast rolled with a half a stick of low fat mozzarella cheese, some plain chicken breasts for chicken salad, turkey meatloaf (made in muffin pans), steamed some fresh carrots and cooked some hard boiled eggs. I now have a variety of food ready to go for the next 4 days of work. I have all my other healthy foods on hand so packing lunches and staying true to my plan shall be easy peasy~
My biggest challenge will be what to eat tonight because it all looks and smells so good!

Feeling pretty great this morning. Returning to work tonight. I work the next 6/7 nights (Monday) being my night off. After my 6/7 is completed I will be off another 7 days. So, forward march. It is really easy to be successful while I work because, I sleep all day when I am home (no eating) and I pack my food to take to work so what I have is what I get. We get some junk around work (donuts, cakes, candy) but I have never cheated and grabbed any of it, so really I don't see it as a issue. Plus, I am never bored there because we are busy.
My biggest challenge is exercise. So I am going to continue to ride my bike home but I pass by the gym so I am going to stop, do a work out and finish my ride home, shower and go to bed. This is my new plan. I am all about the plan. My bike ride will count as my cardio so I will alternate arms/legs at the gym.
Everyone keep up the good work. Burn "fatties" and stay true to your self.
Hugs~ P
