Well, I have been feeling much better and maintaining a healthier, lighter diet. So far so good on sticking with the schedule!

Didn't do so well today. I felt sort of not good in the morning, so ended up eating more when I felt good later in the day. Gotta keep on track or this will fall apart! I can do this, I want it bad enough.

Doing well so far today. Plan to have a light dinner after work and a glass of wine. Staying on track!

I feel like today I did well. An apple with peanut butter and a taco from moes with chips, a brownie, and two glasses of wine, yogurt with granola and some sour patch kids. I seem to eat most of my food in the evening. Need to maybe switch out solids for liquids at night so I feel good when I wake up.
