Well, I was a bad bad bad. I killed my diet last weekend and had 100g+ of carbs in one meal. It seems it cost me my weight lose this week. I'll remember that one.

OK, so last night was the wifes birthday. I managed to avoid the cake, chips, poppers, fried cheese, and the like. However, went to a bar after and they only served beer. Crap 2 beers and 30g of carbs later. I accept by drinking I slow my weight lose. just wish there was more low carb choices when it came to it.
