So I am deciding to take my dieting more serious now that I have yet another wedding to get ready for. I had my baby in April and have knocked off 36 pounds including the baby. So really I've only lost 16 pounds on my own in the last 6 months. I am disappointed that I haven't done more but what can you do right? Now I have to lose 24 pounds by January when we go dress shopping for the wedding and I'd really like to be back to my normal size by then. I am working out 30 or more minutes every day and my biggest weakness is the evening munchies. I know once the weight is off it will stay off because I don't plan on being pregnant again. That seems to be the only thing that keeps me from watching how much I eat. I'm excited, I know I can do this, I just hope that my friends and family will join me too.
