Eating clean is challenging. It tastes so damn good and is comforting. But I have to admit. I sure like wearing smaller clothes and pulling that belt one smaller loop. I also like how I feel when I eat clean. May you all love the challenge. Have a great week :) One more thing - when I open my app - thank you for keeping me motivated! ❤️

Well. It’s been a week of f’ups. Usually eat great from 6:00 am to 8:00pm. Then turn into Hungry Hyde after 8:00. Well holidays are over. I won’t jump on a scale until Friday and use my avoidance skill to believe I’m still 261.

Started Keto July 19 (Day 15 today). Following it fairly strict. Going to the gym 4 to 5 days a week. No movement in scale?? That’s seems odd.
