Hi my name is ryan and i am a freshman in college. I never followed a dietary plan of any sort and have always ate freely. However, after attending a school that emphasizes "living healthy" i am starting to see the benefits dedciating yourself to that lifestyle. I wish to create a lifelong diet that i can follow that limits carbs but is sufficient in dietary fiber and protein. I would appreciate your advice so please let me know what you think. Also feel free to take any ideas!
Breakfast usually consists of 2 2 cups of oatmeal, w/ light amount of brown sugar, 1 tsp of Raisins, and sliced up banana.
Omelete, occasionally get egg whites, with spinach, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and ham.
Piece of whole wheat toast.
Sides i may add: Fresh fruit,
Drink: Water, Milk,
Lunch turkey, onion,lettuce and cheese on whole wheat bread.
