Good day today .. more weight loss although im sure its water loss its still loss. Did alot of house cleanning today including stair climbinng so that was my exercise today. Legs are sore though ..hate that part of exercising but i guess thats better than doing nothing since it shows me im making some difference. So far Ive zero desire to "cheat" on this diet/exercise which Ive got to say is a first for me. :)

I just joined here and am very motivated to make some huge life changes in my diet as well as exercise . I am ashamed to say that at 41 yrs old I just started taking vitamins and really putting an effort to get in shape. But Im looking forward to a new way of life and am going to try my hardest to not get discouraged since thats what has stopped me from trying in the past. Ive much to learn and appreciate any advice your willing to impart to me. :)
