I have changed my goal weight to 120 lbs. I wore a pretty dress for New Year's Eve. Lots of compliments. Now I want it to zip more easily.
I wish I had been counting calories much earlier in my life. Better late than never tho.

I need to keep working toward my weight goal of 125. I'm 8-9 pounds away. The first 24 pounds was fairly easy. The next 9 was hard to do and took much longer. I'm trying to avoid holiday binging too.
