Hi,
Had a baby 6 months ago and I dropped 2 dress sizes because of the stress.
Then I got to understand my baby better and started formed a routine which we both love.
The weight gradually crept back one miserable kilogram after another.
Now I'm worse off than I started.
It's like I hate my body sometimes...
Tried Atkins for a couple of days and went on to binge like my life depended on it.
I tired of hating the way I look. I see pics of my former self and wonder how I got tot this point.
I know one thing is certain -
I have a birthday coming up in November and I won't be like this anymore. Will make my daughter proud.

Woke up this morning feeling energized.. Went out for early morning jog. I noticed a car coming in my direction so I waited for it to pass however, I noticed it was moving so slowly so I decided to dash across. Seconds after my crossing, I heard a loud crash behind me.. The car had smashed into the road divider. it turns out that he was staring at my bum...
Oh well, guess the squats are working:)
