I am so proud of myself. I made it through week one, and managed to stick to my "diet" pretty well. I slipped once or twice, but made sure I exercised at least 5 times this week, and that I made healthier choices. All in all, I think this week was a success. Down 2.5 lbs and lovin' it!!
