AUGHHHH I went over my calories again....although I made careful choices through out the day. Only exceed them by 200 ...I guess its baby steps...Hanging in there......going to take a tour of a gym tomorrow really thinking a gym is the answer.

Today was hard..... so I thought...however I did really well once I enetered in all my food. Not so hard afterall. I must say I did have the chance to eat some sweets and I thought to mytself.... well I will have to put that online and I decided not to have it. . . I'm going to the beach aug 10 and I wanna feel good about my self although I KNOW I will go no where near a two piece LOL

Well today was ok but I did slip and have a cookie for a snack :( but I did try my best to drink water. and I did use the stairs 6 times today instead of 2 :0) I cant wait to see the pounds drop...
Also, I am more hungry in the afternoon than in the morning or at night. I wonder why? Any ideas?

I have slowly reached the same weight I was when I was 9 months pregnant with my second child!! Its embarassing. But I can sit here and give every excuse to I dont have time to Im tired and I am too busy at work....Well no more excuses, I will make time I will go to bed earlier and my health is more important thatn work :) Wish me luck, Im new at dieting
