I really have to be more aware of what I am eating. I plan on getting the new iphone with fatsctet app to I can keep track during the day instead of entering data at night and seeing that the damage is already done.

Lost six pounds. Have decreases fat percentage. Now need to add eight glasses of water a day. Still need to initiate excersise program . will go to yoga today. Just do it!!

still not eating enough carbs. doing better with fat content. nt excercising. may add personal trainer to get started.

I need to decrease my percentage of fat, increase my carbs and protien and decrease my caloric intake. the chart is helping me become more aware of my poor eating habits. but chin up, tomarrow we will start with a healthy breakfast.
