UGH! Took a trip to St. Louis, like that never reeks havoc on my diet. Came home weighing about 128lbs :( But! I'm down to 124.6 so I've lost about three pounds this week and that's only with diet. I've been unable to exercise because a doctor put me on Cipro for my SIBO (which came back, whooo.....) and Cipro I've learned now, causes headaches, and tendon pain, and did I saying tearing of your tendons yet? Yes, tearing. tearing of the tendons. As exited as I was to workout even though I had an 8 day migraine and nausea, I though maybe I should sit it out.

So here I am. My last day of antibiotics was yesterday so I'm about to look up if it's ok for me to work out today. I did a raw fruit and vegetable cleanse for the past week to rid myself of all that water and poop out all that crap I'd eaten, and maybe any dead little buggies? Man it's hard to get all your nutrients that way. I decided not to even keep track and to just eat every chance I had. Rid myself of most of what I had.

So I have two things coming up. The first is that My DS Lean Extreme should be here soon, it's already been shipped. I'm hoping it comes today but that's hoping for a lot. I don't do diet pills except in extreme cases when I need a kick in the ass for a shoot or when I've just been on vacation. It's extra hard because of my migraines and SIBO because I can't have caffeine. Hmm. So the Body Building forums overwhelmingly suggested DS Len Extreme. It has green tea in it, which does contain caffeine, but no other caffeine ingredients, so if I get a headache I'll just have to toss it out. I plan to use the 30 day supply, or until I'm back down to normal which may very well be before that. Before vacation I was 123, so if I get to 122 then I'm stopping and saving the rest for my next vacation lol! I'll also for the next 30 days be upping my exercise a couple hours a week and uh - remembering my inhaler so I can actually be productive? - yeah that's a good idea.

The other is my hypothyroid medication should be coming in by the time I'm done with all that. I've tested negative for every blood test I've been through, but I'm not convinced, so we're going to see if this helps. I have way too many symptoms of an under-active thyroid to ignore this as the culprit. I'm really hoping this will mean bug, big changes in my life. If not, I guess it's on to something else to try.

I don't have a clue what happened. Not at all. And I'm really very upset about it. I did everything right, under 1200 calories but over 1100, 75ish grams of protein, 100 carbs 45 grams of fat... I don't understand. I don't feel bloated, and I actually didn't do as much as far as building muscle goes so it's not a gain in muscle. All I can think is that I'm gaining weight for some unknown reason inside my body or that I really am bloated and just don't see it or feel it? I've had a migraine for a week and i think the medicine can make you bloat so that could be. I'm pretty upset about it, because I know I did almost everything perfect. I messed up once. I mean come on. I'm wondering if I need to go back to only getting carbs from fruits and veggies. I started eating high fiber whole grain cereal last week because I'm SO SICK of eating eggs. I'm not sure I'm ready to give that back up.

EDIT: I think it's the cereal. Bye bye cereal *sad face*
