net carbs slowly climbing to 31, but calories down until Sat nite. .8 lb weight gain today may reflect a carb limit of under 30. boo!

Using the Diet Calendar/food entry for yesterday, I discovered that this website is great and has a huge variety of foods, including name brands (I use a lot of Trader Joe's products). HOWEVER, and this is huge: the carbohydrate levels on this site are TOTAL GRAMS, not NET GRAMS. So, my fellow Atkins users, this site won't help you with your carb count. But it is still great for tracking the number of calories you're consuming (a very important factor especially for us post-menopausal ladies)

Started Atkins Jun 24 (153.2); lost 8 lbs in first 30 days, but no progress as of Aug (145.2). Suspect Diet Rite cola and Atkins bars are interfering with fat burn, so will remove those from diet for now. Will try to keep carbs between 20 and 25 for now.
