Agggghhhh! Need to get back on track-been bad!! Not planning ahead, not preparing meals like I should. Not able to get away at work for snacks like I should, starving when I get home and basically will eat anything I can get my hands on. Going to start again!!!

Ok so was all set to weigh myself on day 7, then after reviewing detox phase instructions in the book, sadly realized you should't weight until day 10 after 9 day detox phase. So today was day 10 and I am down 4 lbs.
Was hoping for a little more, but will take it definitely!! I do notice a decrease in the wiggle-jiggle in my arms and stomach, so this makes me happy!! The exercise is key with this diet or any weight loss program, can see that now. Will keep on trying! Thanks for all the great recipes, tips and ideas!!

Tomorrow is day 7; can't wait to weigh in!! This wasn't as hard as I thought it would be so far. The hard part was getting in the midmorning and midafternoon snacks during work. I am a nurse and it's hard to get away. I have really enjoyed exercising; I am trying to find a variety of cardio so I don't get bored and stop. Once again, this site is great, love reading all your entries!
