Have had a very hectic and stressful six weeks. Haven't maintained any kind of balance in my eating or exercise regime. My daughter and 4yr old granddaughter moved in with us,the last week of January, and it has been a huge adjustment for all of us. Especially, my granddaughter.I am determined to get back on track again.And now that things are starting to slow down and settle into some kind of routine, I have hope again. I have to adjust when I walk,when I meditate and have time to myself, as well as,how I incorporate healthy eating habits into our daily lives.
