Today was a pretty solid day diet wise. Great protein intake day, and kept the carbs to only good carbs and almost all were in the morning which was my Oatmeal. Other than that, I went to the gym, and walked on the treadmill, which was for a short amount of time, because yesterday was leg day, and wow am I feeling it today! I am hoping to see something on the scale tomorrow, however I know its important not to go nuts based on what the scale tells me. Hope everybody had a great day today!!

Still the same weight, however Saturday night I went out to watch the Pacquiou fight and was drinking pink juice (Tito's Vodka, Water, and Crystal Light) which tastes just like drinking water, however when I woke up Sunday, I was up 2.2 pounds. The 2.2 is already gone and I am back to 393, but how frustrating. Alcohol really does a number to us when dieting!

Feeling pretty good today. I didn't hit my 3,000 calorie goal yesterday, but I felt so full from all of the nutrient rich food! I have been eating a lot of broccoli roasted in the oven with onion and its delish! Today is Friday and that means NO MEAT for Catholics. I'm going to do my best to eat clean today, and limit the carbs as typically on Friday's its fish or pizza during LENT.
