Baby Sam is 1 month old. I'm done with family holiday celebrations for a little while, and ready to get on track about healthy eating and exercise. My goal is to get back to my pre-pregnancy fitness level and develop better habits I can maintain for the long term. I'd like to get back into distance running or trail running, and the spring-summer is such a good time to make that happen too.
For two days I've been writing down what I eat. It really does help me think twice about going back to the Easter candy jar--that's been a big difference so far. I hope I can keep it up.
