So on 8/11/13 I weighed in at 338.6 lbs and I began my own version of the Green Smoothie diet. 5 days a week, I have 3 green smoothies a day (raw fruit, veggies & nuts only) and healthy snacks in between (almonds, prunes, walnuts). After drinking green smoothies all week, I reward myself 2 days out of the week (usually weekends) with healthy meals (salads, lean meats, soups). I weighed in TODAY and I've lost 5.4 lbs in 12 days! I HAVE to keep going. I'm Excited!!

I started this journey on 3/26/13 which was exactly 10 days ago. I weighed in at 341.8 lbs so that was my starting point. I Weighed in today and I was 336.4 lbs. I'm Down 5.4 lbs so far and although I have a long ways to go, I'm excited!
