Ugh I am so sick of being overweight, and what's upsetting is I know that staying overweight is a choice I make every day. I want to be healthy, but I choose to not to work out, I want to loose weight but I choose not to prep and have healthy options available when I need them. I need to motivate myself, but with what? I wish I had something driving me more then my own force of will because frankly my will is letting me down. I need to have something to strive for... Yep that's it I need to find something to work hard to get too, something that will not let me slack off but what?
